It features a swimming pool and air-conditioned rooms with a cable TV. The Lodge is a 5-minute walk from the National Museum and 492 feet from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Changi International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Most rooms offer views of the city, pool or park, and are equipped with a mini fridge and tea/coffee maker. Hot shower facilities and toiletries are provided in the private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a stroll in the park opposite the lodge. Luggage storage facility is provided at the 24-hour front desk. The Coffee House serves a variety of local and Western dishes. A la carte menu options are also available. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. + All the amenities is suffice to stay for few days. They also provide the water dispenser for the hotel guests.
− If you are looking walking forward to walk around singapore instead of taking grab. Fort canning is uphill and will be a problem for older people. You have to take grab to go back to hotel. They do not provide slipper for inside the room and the shower head is loose so little bit annoyed when taking shower but not a deal breaker.

Excellent option for its price
+ I was booking it very last minute during a big event, when all hotels were sold out and I was tight on budget, so I didn't expect a lot from YWCA, but it turned out to be a great hotel, with an amazing team. I was upgraded without asking, they have a nice laundry room, an outdoor pool and a gym (which I didnt visit). The room was spacy, clean, with great shower, a capsule coffee machine, and even water coolers in a hallway. The road to MBS took only 15 min and $10 by a cab. Nothing to complain about!

+ we loved the size of the room, how central it was, the staff were friendly, the shower was hot.
− the fridge in our room had a bad smell, the staff did come and wipe it out after we complained but it was still there, also the vending machines didn't take a card of cash you needed a QR code
