Amazing stay
+ Rooms are amazing, so much thought and attention to detail. Bed is the comfiest I've stayed in. The infinity pool and views are to die for.
− The check in process took so long and contained so much information that could have been pre filled in. Also we requested early check in which was subject to availability. The room actually wasn't ready until 40 minutes after the hotels own check in policy and when we finally got in the room we had to wait another 40 minutes for our bags. Only a minor irritation but wasn't expected for a room that costs this much
