Super cute accommodation in the best location!
+
Although a very cosy space, it was a great use of space and incredibly clean and comfortable, especially having the option to open the door and use the balcony space also. Great communication and the loveliest girl at the front desk! Located 4 minutes or less walk to Arab Street and Haji Lane, lots of eateries and nearby places to explore on foot.

It was pretty chilly in the room even with the a/c set at 24 degress.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, conveniently situated near Kampong Glam, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was a great location for exploring the area.
The hotel also offers convenient facilities, including a shared washing machine for guests and a microwave in the room, which made my stay even more comfortable and convenient.
What made my stay even more memorable was the excellent customer service provided by the staff.
A special thank you to Jamie, Popo, Trisha, and Divina for their warm hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. They were always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.
Their exceptional service truly made a difference, and I sincerely appreciate their kindness and dedication.
Thank you once again to Jamie, Popo, Trisha, and Divina for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed that the location was so central to everything that we needed, including the airport. We did not even have to organise Grab cars to get to places because it was all walkable. The staff was really nice as well. While they were not present in the hotel, they can easily be contacted via WhatsApp.

Responsive staff and a smooth, stress-free stay.
+
The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Even before arrival, they answered my questions quickly and clearly via chat. When I asked for extra facial tissues, they arranged for them to be placed in my room while I was out. They also kindly stored my two large suitcases after check-out and were flexible when I wanted to change my pick-up time. Special thanks to Jamie, Popo, Trisha & Divina, as well as everyone else on the team, for their kind support!

Good location, very easy to check in and out. The staff was super helpful, always reachable and ready to help. Shout out to Trisha who helped us with everything and was very nice to us. Also great service for keeping your luggage with them in case you need some time before or after your flight.
−
The rooms are on the smaller end so even keeping 2 pieces of luggage around needs some logistics.

Going above and beyond: A massive thank you to the team
+
I had a fantastic stay at the Heritage Collection on KG, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of the staff!A special shoutout to Trisha, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was completely seamless. She was incredibly helpful and even personally brought me a toothbrush, which isn't typically provided, a small gesture that made a huge difference. Jamie and Popo were also amazing throughout my entire stay, always being attentive and ready to assist whenever needed. The staff here truly care about their guests, and their exceptional service made my trip memorable. Highly recommended!
