Featuring a double glazed door entrance to block out the street noise, Heritage Collection on Chinatown - Mobile App Check-In is just a 2-minute walk to Chinatown Heritage Center and Sri Mariamman Temple and a 5-minute walk to Chinatown MRT Station. Our rooms comes are fully air-conditioned and with modern fittings. Room amenities include a flat Smart TV, and a safety deposit box. The rooms have seating areas and a kitchenette. Private bathrooms feature a standing shower facility. Staff can assist you in English. Plenty of dining options and entertainment, as well as Telok Ayer MRT are within a 10-minute radius from the property. Places of interest are located within the vicinity, including Singapore City Gallery, 5 minutes away, and Marina Bay Sands, 20 minutes away. Changi International Airport is accessible within a 12 mi drive. Full payment is required within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The property reserves the right to request full payment or cancel the booking if the guest fails to do so. The property is located in a building with no elevator. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid passport at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided for any violations of house rules. We highly recommend that you have your own suitable travel insurance in place at the time of booking. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable.
