Strategically located within the Central Business District,Heritage Collection on Seah - Mobile App Check-In offers modern accommodations with free WiFi throughout the property. It is conveniently within a 5-minute walk to Cityhall, Bugis and Esplanade MRT Stations. Tastefully furnished, air-conditioned lofts come with parquet flooring, a flat-screen Smart TV. Lofts include a kitchenette equipped with microwave, electric kettle and mini fridge. Some units are fitted with a skylight window and some are with no window. The private bathroom has a shower facility, a spray bidet and hairdryer. Guests will be provided with one set of towels upon check-in. Hand-soap, dish-washing liquid and washing powder are also provided. At Heritage Collection on Seah - Mobile App Check-In, friendly staff is fluently-conversed in English. Complimentary shared laundry facilities are available. Weekly housekeeping services will be provided. This nonsmoking property is a short walk to Raffles City Convention Center and about 1640 feet from Suntec Singapore. Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay are both just 3 stations away from Esplanade MRT Station. Changi International Airport is accessible within a 9.9 mi drive. Guests are required by the property to settle payment within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact guests via email with payment instructions. Please note that actual allocated apartment may differ slightly from photos and units with skylight windows cannot be opened. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. Please note that should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable. A damage deposit of S$ 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Very pleasant and comfortable. Would highly recommend for budget friendly stays.
+ Property is in really good location close to downtown and has lots of cafes and restaurants walking distance. Multiple access to Bus and MRT services . Easy to check in and staff engages with guests easily and rapidly via text.

اقامت عالی بود
+ Place was surprisingly spacious and the phone check-in was easy. It was close to the bugis MRT and good value for money. Divina and Rome were very attentive and supportive over the phone.
− There was no hob for cooking. This didn't affect us but could be an issue for others.

Supreme value for money stays across downtown SG
+ - Excellent value for money - Clean, well designed, modern mini studios - Perfect location - Friendly and helpful staff (Divina & Rome) It was my/our second time staying in Heritake Collection properties, each time staying 7 days or longer. Inshallah, we will surely be back :)
− - The key app is slow and a bit buggy (how about a Google/Apple wallet integration?)

− The only thing I could think of is it got a bit noisy sometimes, due to the construction nearby, plus if you have a noisy neighbor.
