We all had a wonderful time and would recommend the York Hotel to others
+ The staff were exceptional. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were welcoming, polite and helpful. The cleaners did an incredible job in cleaning our room. Our room was an excellent size for a family of 4, it also had more than enough cupboard space to be able to put our stuff away to keep the room tidy. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot temperatures in Singapore. Floor 8 is incredible and so private with only 4 rooms on the floor. Amazing location as it is close to shops, trains, buses etc
− We didn’t like that the property no longer has bottled water, but filtered water.

Always pleasant to spend time in Singapore
+ Room - quite satisfactory. Breakfast - plenty of choice. Location - excellent for access to shopping, MRT, eating places
− The equipment in room for drinks - very tempremental, often taking many attempts to make it work. Shower over bath- difficult, and unsafe for elderly guests in particular - some probably couldn't lift leg high enough to get into it.
