+ Es hat mich sehr überrascht. Von außen eher unscheinbar und innen ein Traum aus Garten, puristischem modernen Style, tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich. Personal ist sehr bemüht auch ohne englisch sprechen zu können. Sie haben mit in Alipay die Hello Räder buchen geholfen. Die stehen direkt vor der Türe. Toller Aufenthalt.

− Zum Teil recht hellhörig nachts zwischen den Räumen

Gut und freundlich, aber Raum für Verbesserungen.

+ Von der Lage her liegt das Hotel sehr gut im Zentrum, unter 10min kommt man zu zwei Metro-Linien und in den Hutons ist es auch relativ ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber.

− Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sehr gut beleuchtet, kein Sonnenlicht und auch kein Blick nach draußen, was ein bisschen enttäuschend war. Auch die Ausstattung lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig: Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, sondern erst auf Anfrage (aber das Personal war dabei sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich) und keine EU-Kompatiblen Steckdosen, sodass man sich auf einen Adapter beruhen musste.

+ My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The location, comfort, and cleanliness were top-notch, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Laila, Jiaojiao, and Tian-Yi (菜拉、娇娇和天一) for their incredible hospitality, warm welcome, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back on my next visit to Beijing.

Lo consiglio sicuramente a chi vuole vivere un'esperienza autentica

+ La posizione dell'albergo, all'interno di invero hutong cinese, permette di immergersi completamente nella realtà locale. Nei vicoli regna il silenzio e un'atmosfera davvero incantata, lontano dal caos della città che però è a pochi passi dalla struttura. L'hotel è molto pulito ed in ottimo stato. Avevano una camera con uno spazio esterno privato e ci siamo trovati benissimo: un angolo piacevole e tranquillo in cui rilassarsi. Il personale, giovane, disponibile e sempre sorridente, ci è stato di grande aiuto e ci ha assistiti in maniera impeccabile durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio sicuramente a chi vuole vivere un'esperienza autentica e soggiornare in un luogo caratteristico ed accogliente.

+ This is an absolute gem of a hotel. It is located in the old area of Beijing and everything I hoped it would be. In fact the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I wanted to stay away from a generic hotel and stay somewhere that felt like China. I only wish I had longer. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Definitely recommend and if I'm back in China I will definitely stay again.

Maravillosa experiencia en Pekín

+ El personal es muy amable y amigable (gracias por todo Claire). Las instalaciones son buenas y tienen todos los detalles cuidados. Ubicado junto a Lama Temple, una zona con buena conexión por metro y cerca de hutongs muy agradables para pasear y comer

Wunderschönes Courtyard Hotel, unbedingt zu empfehlen!

+ Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel im Stil der alten Wohn- und Wirtschaftshöfe mitten in einem alten Hutong, liebevoll ausgestattetes Zimmer, unglaublich ruhig, sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal (Besonderer Dank an Claire, sie hat uns viel geholfen!), top Lage, nur 10 Minuten von der wichtigen U-Bahn Ringlinie 2 entfernt. Beim nächsten Mal in Peking werden wir dort wieder wohnen!

Disappointing

+ La habitación no está mal y el hotel es nuevo

− Lo primero, llegamos y nos dieron una habitación, parecía que todo está bien y nos fuimos a hacer un tour. Al rato, nos escribieron diciendo que teníamos que ir al hotel a cambiarnos de habitación, con unas formas un poco cuestionables. Obviamente íbamos a estar dos días y no íbamos a dejar un tour por ir a cambiarnos de habitación. Al final, después de un rato de discusión, nos dijeron que no hacía falta, que nos la mantenían. Pero para continua el despropósito, llegamos un no habían hecho la habitación. Se lo comentamos, se disculparon y dijeron que la harían al día siguiente. Al día siguiente, la habitación estaba “hecha”, basura sin tirar, cama a medio hacer y demás. Por otro lado, de los empleados solo 1 tenían algo de idea de inglés, fue muy complicado hacerse entender hasta lo más básico. En general, todos son muy jóvenes y se nota. No volvería.
