It is a surprise hidden in the ancient Beijing Hutong. The hotel was renovated and upgraded from Beijing's traditional Zhengsi Siheyuan and has rich cultural heritage. The design style is to retain the traditional red and green elements of the courtyard house outdoors and to combine the modern Zen-like tranquility indoors. Free WIFI is provided. The courtyard is just a 6-minute walk from Dongsi Metro Station, a 10-minute drive from the Forbidden City or Tiananmen Square, a 20-minute drive from Houhai, Nanluoguxiang or Sanlitun, and about a 50-minute drive from Beijing Capital International Airport. The courtyard is planned to have nine rooms with different characteristics, including flowers, water, exclusive terraces, and halls and pavilions. The whole house is equipped with intelligent equipment and professional lighting design, making it warm, fragrant and elegant. The large projection is also a good experience to watch an immersive movie while taking a break during travel, making the room comfortable and like home but better than home. Staying at Xinxiang Yayuan Courtyard is not only a trip, but also a cultural contact with time and space. With help from the staff, you can explore old Beijing by strolling through the alleys. The courtyard also provides luggage storage services to help you take care of your heavy luggage, and also provides fax and photocopying facilities for business travelers. The courtyard provides free buffet breakfast. The "Hua Jin Tang" tea room in the courtyard provides tea and coffee for guests to enjoy throughout the day. After a long trip, it’s nice to relax on the terrace with a cup of tea and view.

Best Experience Ever!
+ Everything about my stay here was absolutely fantastic! The workers were all so kind and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. The location can’t be beat either! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Beijing and if I ever go back I’d definitely book here again!

Great but too short. Off to another city
+ Loved the appearance and decor of the hotel. Located in an ancient hutong but updated property. The staff were great and very accommodating. We had a tour and they made breakfast to go for us since we wouldn’t be there for the scheduled breakfast at 7am. Kids loved the two birds Dodo and Laifoo.
− Nothing it was great. Only thing is most cabs won’t be able to drive in due to the narrowness of the street because it was in a hutong.

A place like this makes any vacation better!
+ Wow, what an unexpected highlight to our trip to Beijing! We admit, the initial impression was concerning as the taxi driver wasn't sure of the location and dropped us off in an alley, but as soon as we went through the doors, we were delighted. What a unique little place to stay. It wasn't a big fancy hotel, it was a small, perfectly decorated slice of China. And although the facilities were excellent, it was the staff that made this an 11 on a 1-10 scale. They were so focused on making us feel welcomed and attended to everything. The breakfast was outstanding with a good mixture of authentic Chinese items and some "western" items. They were always quick to offer a drink when returning from a hot visit to the sites or to arrange travel if requested. The room was very comfortable and relaxing and the rain head shower was wonderful. I would highly recommend and encourage a traveler to give this place a try.
