Very Good
+ Very clean, with extremely helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and have a great view. The swimming pool was the only thing that fell a little below my expectations, but everything else was great.

Comfortable stay
+ Beautiful, functional room. Comfortable bed. Good shower, especially the large bathtub. Attentive, friendly and kind staff
− Room is clean overall though carpet and fabric surfaces can be deodorised for a fresh-smelling room. Stall shower can be cleaned more thoroughly, some spots were left untreated

Good Hotel to Sleep In.
+ If you really want to unwind after a long day in the greasy city, I can't think of a better hotel than this. Good air conditioning performance coupled with very good lighting and nice firm beds make you fall asleep very well. Superb noise isolation from the huge interchange just outside the Hotel.
− Slow elevators. On the day we checked out, out of 6 only 2 were working ( presumably to save cost) and we had to wait because it was full of tourists.

Comfortable room with bath and beautiful view of the city.
+ All of the staff notably the concierge from Nepal were kind and helpful. I extended my stay an extra three days.
− The breakfast left me wanting. There are no alternative milks and in this day and age there should be a choice of bayside or almond milk. It’s for that reason I couldn’t have my coffee in the morning. The breakfast I ordered wasn’t tasty. Sausages were undercooked and the soft boiled egg didn’t come with toast or a small spoon.

Okay hotel in the big city.
+ Second time staying here for business and it was good. The rooms are spacious, which is something I appreciate. Ample sized bathrooms with a single person bathtub. On site parking was also good with decent sized parking bays. Good selection of local and international TV channels.
− For a hotel that enforces a strict no smoking policy, our room (1706) was obviously smoked in before. There was a lingering smell of tobacco likely absorbed by the carpets that haven't been properly washed in awhile. Reported to the front desk who just nuked the room with air freshener which was an ok fix but not a good long term solution. They have to replace the carpets or give them a good steam cleaning to remove the odor. Unless everyone there is a smoker in which case they couldn't tell how a non smoking room should actually smell. Also not having a convenience store within the hotel was a bit annoying when you're doing late night work and trying to have some snacks. Mini-bar was shockingly empty. Instead they have a vending machine that dispenses HOT yes HOT soft drinks. Paid Rm5 for coca cola that was delivered warm. Obviously nobody has checked on this machine. ( Code E10 on the machine for the coke ).
