Great family friendly place to stay near KLCC
+ Walking distance to KLCC Spacious rooms - comfortable for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids). Staff was very courteous and helpful
− Hardly anything. Perhaps extend the room service hours slightly more, even if with limited menu.

The Best Hotel I've Ever Stayed In So Far
+ Location is good for Merdeka Celebration, we can see the firework from room. Breakfast is superb.
− Since you are in Malaysia, all your reception staff should know to communicate in Malay language, not only English & Mandarin.

Beautiful hotel, great location, freezing pool
+ This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are huge with fantastic facilities. Our two bedroom apartment had two large rooms, two gorgeous bathrooms, kitchen and dining/lounge area. Lovely breakfast and dining area Great location to central KL, waking distance to Petronas Towers and mall. Felt very safe and clean
− There isn’t a bar or coffee lounge. The restaurant was open in the day but service was extremely slow. Although the pool looks lovely it was extremely cold, surprising given the heat.

Everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience overall.
+ Everything was outclass! My parents loved staying here.
− I think hotels should have basic blood sugar and blood pressure monitoring devices available for emergencies. My father had an incident during our stay, and I simply needed to check his blood pressure, but unfortunately, there was no machine available on the hotel premises. I feel this is a small but essential facility that hotels should provide. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience overall.
