We had a great stay and would gladly stay here again.
+ The room and bathroom were very clean and well-equipped with useful amenities. The swimming pool was a great addition. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Ghufran on the night shift and Ahmed on the morning shift.
− The swimming pool’s bathroom was not very clean during our stay. However, the staff explained that it had been used by workers at that time to avoid them entering the property, which may have been the reason for the temporary condition. The room telephone was also not working. The staff attempted to fix the issue by replacing both the phone and its cable, but it remained non-functional. They suggested the problem might be with the wiring inside the wall rather than the phone itself. The breakfast included only one type of white bread with limited variety. Adding brown bread options would be a nice improvement.
