+ We travelled from Switzerland and had an amazing stay at Marion Hotel. We’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels, but the hospitality here was truly something special – we’ve never felt so welcome and well taken care of. The management and staff were fantastic, the rooms had everything we needed, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is a perfect 10/10 – central, yet quiet and relaxing. Thank you to the whole team. We’ll definitely be back!

An excellent stay in a very clean and comfortable hotel, with a great location and wonderful staff.

+ The location is excellent, very close to the airport and close to many restaurants on 100 Meter Street. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

− The only thing I would suggest improving is the opening hours of the swimming pool and fitness center. They close quite early, and it would be much better if they stayed open for longer, especially during the summer, so guests can enjoy these facilities in the evening.

A hotel that truly makes you feel at home

+ I stayed at Marion Hotel for eight nights, My journey started when I arrived from the airport at 3:00 AM. Despite the late hour, I received a very warm welcome. To my surprise, I was upgraded to a higher-category room than the one I had originally booked. The room featured a beautiful balcony and two large windows, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Mr. Alaa, who made this wonderful gesture possible. He is an exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful person who always goes the extra mile to ensure guests have the best possible experience. Before I went to sleep, he kindly asked me to wait a little while because he wanted to send me a welcome gift. A short time later, two beautifully presented plates of fresh fruits and delicious sweets were delivered to my room. It was such a thoughtful and memorable welcome. One of the most touching moments during my stay happened halfway through my visit. Someone knocked on my door, and when I opened it, several hotel staff members were standing there holding a beautiful cake. They explained that it was to celebrate the one-year anniversary of my first stay at Marion Hotel. It was a completely unexpected surprise that genuinely made my day. Such thoughtful and personal gestures show how much the hotel truly values its guests. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that are constantly replenished. One detail I particularly appreciated is that the hotel keeps the breakfast buffet available for nearly an hour after the official breakfast time ends. This is something you rarely find in other hotels, where the buffet is usually cleared exactly on time—or sometimes even earlier! 😄 This thoughtful approach allows guests who wake up a little late to still enjoy their breakfast without feeling rushed.

− The only thing I would recommend is adding a glass door to the shower area. The current glass partition does not completely prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. I believe adding a door would make the bathroom even more practical and comfortable for guests.
