+ Beautiful hotel, great rooms and spotlessly clean. Breakfast impressive and the staff were incredible. Amazing eating options just a close walk nearby.

− The pool and gym area should have women's hours (currently only available for men) - I was disappointed I couldn't use these facilities. I also had issues with wifi connectivity in my room, but the staff were great in facilitating better access.

+ The hotel is exceptionally clean, the furniture feels new, and it provides all the facilities a guest may need. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and very responsive. When I asked to change my room, the reception handled my request very quickly and professionally and offered me a much larger room with a bigger bathroom and a beautiful view overlooking Gulan Street. This completely changed my experience and made my stay much more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. The location is also excellent, with many good restaurants and shopping options nearby. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention of the hotel staff and management.

− The first room I was given was very clean, but it was quite small, including the bathroom. I was also not happy with the view from the window, as the outdoor AC unit was directly in front of it, with some bird droppings on top, which made the view rather unpleasant. However, I really appreciated the quick response from the reception, who immediately arranged a much better room for me

+ The most beautiful, most comfortable, and cleanest hotel I have ever visited. That's why I recommend everyone to visit it. It is truly the best and exceeds guests' expectations and needs. The best place to stay in Erbil, Kurdistan Region. The staff is respectful and humane. It is a calm and safe hotel with great service, and the rooms are very cozy and excellent. The bed is amazingly comfortable and so relaxing to sleep in. The city view is absolutely stunning and beautiful, you can see the whole city. The design and decor of the hotel is very beautiful, and just sitting and having a cup of coffee takes all your tiredness away. The breakfast is very delicious and well-organized, including many types of Asian and local dishes. Its swimming pool is very clean and tidy, and its gym is the best choice for working out. My second and final choice for any future stay will definitely be Hillmond Hotel.
