Clean and comfortable stay

+ Clean, easily accessible and near an MRT station, staff are friendly. Loft was cosy and perfect for 2 people.

− The loft had a self-serve kitchen area but didn’t have any utensils or cookware to use the kitchen.

+ 1) The location is very close to the MRT stations, for both Jalan Besar and Rochor, and also near some sightseeing points 2) The room is very clean and tidy 2) Shower gel and shampoo provided are good 4) Still and sparkling water service is great and eco-friendly

− 1) The smart TV resolution is a bit weird

+ Water cooker, drinking water, great bed, everything you really need is there, helpful friendly staff.

+ Comfortable beds, clean, water filter and friendly staff. Laundry facilities were great. The room was small, Stairs were steep but knew this before booked room. Really only slept there so was fine, stairs had rails, room had everything needed for comfort stay.

− TV not in bedroom to relax in bed to watch after long day sightseeing. Everything else was great.

+ Comfortable bed, nice water pressure and always hot water available. The curtains do a nice work at darkening the room. The room was big enough and also had a kitchenette. Nice to have sparkling water available at all times, too bad it's only on the 2nd floor so you have to hassle there.

− Bed was too high. When we checked out the employee was very short with us which wasn't too nice. And we do think it's a but expensive for the location.

+ The location is great. Close to pretty much everything we wanted to see by MRT, bus or walking.

− No big deal but the SmartTv doesn't actually let you connect and the picture quality is not great.

+ Location was in Little India a vibrant part of Singapore. The metro was 3 minutes walk, Restaurants everywhere including the Tekka Center to experience Hawker food culture.

− A bit hard to find with a small sign outside. The entrance is shared with a restaurant and in the dark it’s hard to see that’s it’s also the entrance to the hotel.

A solid, no-thrills base to explore Singapore.

+ Clean room, good facilities (water dispenser/ laundry room).

− The room was very small & neighbourhood a little dirty for Singapore standards.

Close to the train line and easy airport access, nice hotel

Great little budget boutique hotel in a great location with friendly and efficient team at reception

+ The room was great even with the much talked about staircase to the loft bedroom. It was fine as you had hand rail on both sides of the stair case, (or more like a wide ladder with deeper treads). The bed was very comfortable and the loft felt so cosy. Sheets and towels good quality. Only negative is I felt a hand towel, face wash and soap for the basin should be automatically in the bathroom. You had to ask for them at reception. Not a hard thing but you had to go to reception to get them. Also leaving more toilet paper in the room a good ideal too, (not just 1 role). Again not a big probelm as you could get more from reception but something so easy problem to fix for a customer and eliminate this small hurdle. The Air con was great and work exceptionally well, (many don't in Asian). The room was compact but really good with every thing you needed. The bonus of a water filter tap in the kitchen great and on level 2 the facility to get chilled flat and sparkling water on tap great. Roof top dipping pool, just that a dipping pool. Location was great and easy access to public transport and other great restaurants. Over all a great place to stay for a couple of nights in Singapore if you're on a budget of need an over night hotel prior to a flight.
