− We had a club room but was disappointed to discover that there wasn't many snacks in the club lounge. Some biscuits to have with my coffee would have been nice.

+ The staff at check-in are very cordial. The Club rooms are spacious with a sitting area and well worth the extra money. The location is excellent for people with business or personal matters in Singapore's East Coast area.
− As I have said before, the rooms could use a rug to warm up the ambience.

Good location, nice area!
+ Nice area if you would like to not be in the city center. The metro stop is in front of the Hotel and the bus stop on the other side (there are two entrances). The Hotel is above a mall full of shops and supermarkets. The rooms are simple but comfortable with a great view, if you get the room on the city side. Super close to the Airport, no more than 15/20 min by taxi.
− It takes 20 min to reach the city center by public transportation, not bad but you must consider that if you have a short time to visit the city.

− switch off the aircon, the room is wet, to keep room dry, aircon needs to run on full blast. we lived in neighbouring hotels like Grand mercier Roxy, holiday inn, etcetera, none had this problem.

+ The staff were incredible, helpful, friendly and accommodating. From reception, house keeping, to the staff at the restaurant, we thought so highly of them all. The true assets of the business. Very close to the MRT and to buses to get you around Singapore. So many shops and malls to choose from located at and around the hotel. Within walking distance to some local attractions.

Fabulous Hotel.
+ Everything but the breakfast which was substandard. Badly organised and the quality of the food and choices were not what we had expected. That was the only flaw of this lovely hotel in my view.

Convenient Location, Excellent Staff, Great Rooms
+ I have stayed a number of times, the location suits as it is close to the airport and reasonably close to city centre. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are very clean and well maintained.
− The wi fi could be improved. Although it is free it is not high speed. I would be happy to pay a little extra for better wi fi.
