Thank goodness for location!
+ Location was good
− There was a constant buzzing noise in the room. Had to ask reception to switch of A/C….still the noise. Had little sleep for three nights! Staff uninterested. Bathroom was a ‘wet room’ therefore everything got drenched during taking a shower. Room was very small and soulless.

It’s a satisfactory and pleasant stay all in all.
+ I always stay at the venue because of the location and helpful staff for many years before covid. This is the first time I returned. Many new faces. Most of the staff were excellent and the hotel provides all essentials. The room is clean and tidy. Joseph and an Asian gentleman (can’t remember his name possibly Wong) were very helpful and friendly. The younger gentleman (Evan?) was efficient but kind of distant and detached. He fulfilled all requests but never smiled never greeted and offered help with luggages, even when it was quiet. This is the first time for me to have to carry the luggages when checking in and checking out of the hotel. Efficient but could definitely be more friendly, helpful and welcoming. Even my taxi driver was quite shocked and commented how come no one from the hotel helped with your luggages?

It was a good transit hotel for us.
+ The hotel's location is very convenient. The staff is quite helpful (although the one who greeted us during check in looked quite grumpy).
− The room is clean, but not clean enough; we found small ants loitering around the vanity desk and near the bathroom sink. Nothing disruptive, but we were just wondering where they came from, as we didn't bring any food upon checking in. And the noises from the neighbor came through the walls quite clearly; as they are a karaoke pub, we could hear their singing quite clearly.
