Overall, I was quite happy to stay there for three nights.

+ The hotel is new. The room is spacious, comfortable and modern.

− The location was a bit fat out but all of the Yandex driver found the place easily. Overall, the room was pretty clean but I found 2 strands of hair on the duvet and one on the bed sheet. The cleaning lady needs to be more careful.

+ We absolutely loved our stay at Urban Luxe! It's a relatively new property located right in the heart of Almaty, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, and the cleanliness was honestly one of the best things about our stay! The location is another big plus, with so many places to explore nearby. And considering the quality, comfort, and central location, the price was extremely reasonable. I genuinely have nothing to complain about! We loved everything about our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend Urban Love to anyone visiting Almaty. Excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again! ❤️

+ A lovely hotel in a great location. Quiet, warm, and clean, with excellent breakfasts. Highly recommended!

Expected more

+ Very convenient location to walk to the center of the city. Clean, comfortable bed, good shower. The staff was helpful but a bit indifferent.

− There are some stairs and with the suitcase is inconvenient , help was not offered. I didn’t like how the breakfast is organized- almost everything is on a low table and in order to serve themselves people are all over the food. A lot of things are cold and dry. The young man who is present at the breakfast just sits and talk on his phone or just adds and reshuffles the food. Instant coffee.

Good location and parking!

+ Very good location with free parking! Breakfast is good, bed comfortable and the location very quiet despite the central location. Good restaurants around the corner!

− There is a room where all sockets are broken. Staff knows but always tries to give you that room. Breakfast staff very unmotivated and only watching videos on his phone. Bathroom could need some cleaning with vinegar.

+ Located in a quiet neighborhood with a great grill restaurant Nash Dvor, right around the hotel. Hotel and rooms are clean, floor in our room is mopped everyday. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. Hotel is manned 24 by 7 by friendly staffs who are always ready to help.

− They offer only instant coffee, my personal preference is freshly grinded coffee. This is just my preference, nothing is wrong with instant coffee.

− I must ask for the bottled water that supposedly should be given without asking. The staff is kot friendly when I asked that.

Good place to stay in Almaty

+ Really nice place to stay in Almaty. It's possible to approach all main tourists spots by walk from the hotel. The room was big, clean and equipped with all necessary stuff. It was possible to store a lagguge at the front desk, before the check-in hours. Provided breakfast was tasty.
