A very pleasant stay
+ Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The location is not far from the Modern Art Museum. There is not much around, but easily accessible by taxi to all major attractions

Excellent gem in Almaty
+ This was such a gem! I’m so happy I found this hotel among the many options and it turned out way better than even the brand-name hotels. The room is very tastefully designed, modern with a Kazakh twist. Super clean, very thoughtful with the furnishings. Location was easy to find (it appears as Ethno Hotel on Yandex though but the direction is correct). The breakfast was very smart I thought. It is a set menu and you choose what you want, so it’s all freshly made to order plus minimal food wastage. I don’t understand why some reviews said a buffet would be better. I ordered the Shashuka and it was so healthy and fresh. Best of all, the staff were all excellent - none of the cold transactional type, everyone was smiley and helpful. I wish this business all the best!
− Having a hairdryer in the room would be great. And maybe a few more pillows.

A wonderful experience with very helpful staff!
+ The location was great, very quiet and comfortable. Definitely needed a Yandex to get to the main central area of Almaty, but it wasn't a big distance so I didn't mind it.

+ A nice, pleasant hotel with national ornaments. You can really feel that everything is made with soul and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable I slept very well.The area is good there is a Korean restaurant nearby with delicious food, which was a pleasant surprise for me. There are also other restaurants in the area. A new art museum and the Koktobe tv tower are located nearby. The hotel is very good, cozy, and quiet. The staff do their best to provide great service. I would especially like to thank Eldos, he is a very kind, honest, and competent person with a big heart. He helped me many times. The breakfasts are good, but they could be slightly improved by adding more fruits and juices. The hotel is located close to the mountains.I recommend this hotel.
