Had nice stay
+ Even if they don’t speak English they tried hard to communicate with translation ap. Room nice and check in lady was very nice. Given breakfast to go on last day because we left early. And bf to go was quite plenty.
− Breakfast needed better fruits. A bit old hotel

+ The room was large, clean and had all the necessary facilities. The wifi worked well and the breakfast was OK.
− No fruit juices at breakfast, the staff spoke no English except through translation apps.

Very pleasant stay. Will recommend this hotel to friends
+ The location of the hotel is superb, and it is convenient for shopping and food. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Amongst which, Ms Susu was especially helpful, polite and warm. Thanking her very much for her help in making my stay more pleasant. Appreciate much :)

Not a very nice hotel other then being close to Wangfujing shopping street and major attractions

Excellent location, next to subway station, good value for such a large Beijing hotel
+ excellent location, very near Wangfujing subway station. Very handy convenience store in the lobby. staff let us check in early and also organised a taxi to the station both of which were very helpful Very clean rooms.
− nothing really, perhaps staff could speak English, although they dealt well with this using translate app on their phones.
