Great views, comfortable beds, attentive staff.
+ The views were spectacular and our room was spacious with comfortable beds. The pool was nice, the staff were very attentive.
− Food and drink was too expensive which made us go elsewhere to eat and drink. The pool was too busy at the weekend and we struggled to get a sunbed.

Beyond perfect.
+ They gave me free upgrade to bosphorus view room. That was made my day. Special Thanks to the best receptionist Mr. talha ayberk, was a very polite and had a happy face. Brekafast was excellent. I have tried many bosphorus view in istanbul but this hotel has greatest view over of the bosphorus. Bellboy was great also. They brought me a birthday pancake as a surprise during my breakfast.

A perfect hotel to explore Istanbul and to relax in the evenings. We’d recommend an Executive Room.
+ The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were polite, courteous and friendly. We had an Executive Room that gave us access to the 17th floor lounge - the views were spectacular, breakfast and evening food were excellent and the 2 hours of alcoholic drinks were most enjoyable. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from a tram line and ferry stop. Since the weather was so good we did not use the gym or spa, but the facilities looked decent.
− The climb up the hill after a day’s sightseeing was pretty exhausting. This is a big conference hotel which also hosted several weddings whilst we were there - whilst we enjoyed the people-watching, others may find it too busy.

A very special thank you must go to Zeynep, the Guest Relations Manager, whose exceptional leadership, professionalism and personal commitment to our experience truly stood out. From the moment she became involved, she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that our short stay was nothing less than extraordinary. Her warmth, attentiveness and genuine desire to make our celebration special exemplify hospitality at its very best. The entire team followed that same standard—from guest relations and reception to the restaurants, housekeeping and hotel staff.
