Excellent
+ We would like to thank all the staff who assisted us throughout our stay especially Rabia, Fatih, Sevde, Emre, Muhammet, Ersin & Sebahat. The hotel itself was lovely, and our room was clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff throughout our stay. They kindly lent us a stroller when we realized we had forgotten ours, which made a huge difference and helped us tremendously throughout our trip in Istanbul. We also really appreciated their understanding and flexibility when we requested a late check-out, as our flight was late at night. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We truly appreciated your hospitality and would be happy to stay here again!
