Very good hotel, I recommend
+ A great place to stay. Great area with a park nearby. Great Italian restaurant.
− There were a couple of moments: while booking I paid for breakfast and dinner. It was written that dinner starts at 18.00. I had a webmeeting at 19 so I went to have dinner at 18 and found out that it's closed and it will start at 19. Next day I went there at 19 and found out that dinner takes place on at the open terrace with no sun protection. It was summer and the sun was very strong. So I paid for dinner but had to eat at Italian restaurant for extra-money. And the second moment - there was a piece of glass under the armchair and I nearly hurt my foot. I called the reception and told them about it. Then some head of some dept called me and apologized and said that they will bring a fruit plate as an excuse but... nobody came:).

+ Staff is excellent management also good I really enjoyed everything about my stay at the hotel. The only thing I would prefer next time is a room with a Bosphorus view, which would make my stay even more special.

+ Very nice hotel, very comfortable rooms, view was amazing. Everyday the Hotel provided compliments. From Staff Bulent was very kind and great person who was very helpful, also lady in Reception was very nice who made a good suggestion to upgrade the rooms with discount and made early check in with included breakfast.
