As good of a stay as you could dream of .
+ The property is perfectly located to access all the highlights , the staff is exceptionally trained to go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Miss Kubra was a gem of a guest relationship manager , so was Leyla who made us feel at home.
− Just to fill the space, i would have liked a rotation of new food items at the breakfast buffet

Definitely a first class experience.
+ The Staff was exceptionally helpful from check in to departure. Leyla was absolutely excellent . Artem also was superb with all of my requests. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone who asks
− No complaints . Canadian and US guests should not forget their electrical adapters and bring USB charging cables with proper adapters. I had my own and did not ask the hotel . They may have all the necessary adapters for foreign guests.
