Exceptional
+ The hotel was gorgeous, we made good use of the spa/sauna and pool. The food was nice and the all the staff make sure you’re well looked after - nothing was too much for them. Everyone was amazing would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul!

Good location and price, but the hotel needs major improvement and renovation.
+ The location is good and convenient, and the price is attractive compared to other hotels in the area.
− I stayed at this hotel for an extended period and had to change rooms three times. Each room had a different problem: air conditioning, minibar, TV, or extremely weak internet. In my opinion, the hotel is closer to a 3-star standard or below and needs significant renovation and better maintenance. It may be suitable for a solo traveler or two friends looking for an affordable stay, but I would not recommend it for families or couples seeking comfort.

Shocking.
+ The hotel located in a crowded area and the booking rating for this hotel was 5 stars but the reality is not.
− You have to pay for an extra money for your car park.

Good stay overall, but the check-out service and breakfast need improvement
+ The room was clean, the housekeeping staff were helpful, and the receptionist who checked me in was very professional and welcoming.
− Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few issues. The receptionist who checked me in was very professional and friendly. However, the staff member during check-out was not professional. I waited more than 45 minutes to get my luggage while my driver was waiting outside. In the end, I had to get my bags myself. I also paid about $18 per day for breakfast, but the selection was very limited and almost the same every day.

− Guys, it’s a disaster asking passport details to log in to WiFi. After all trips people don’t want to see their passport numbers
