Perfectly fine hotel
+ We only stayed one night but our stay was good. We were upgraded so that was great. Nice big room with a huge bathroom. Nice products in the bathroom. Excellent location close to everything a tourist could need in Beijing.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay and Varied Breakfast
+ We had a very good stay at this hotel in Beijing. The breakfast was one of the highlights, with a great variety of food, including plenty of both Chinese and Western options. The beds were comfortable, and there was always water available, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly enough and helpful when needed. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Beijing and only a 2-minute walk from Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient for exploring the city and finding restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, a very good hotel with a great location, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We would happily stay here again.
− The only minor downside was that the elevators could take a little longer during peak hours, but it was nothing too serious and did not affect our stay.

+ location was very good, very close to most places. Subway was around the corner. Many restaurants closeby. The room was very clean and large.
− Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed by the way the hotel handled an issue involving people approaching tourists inside the hotel to sell various sprays. These individuals were extremely pushy and persistent, and the whole interaction felt very much like a scam targeting tourists. What disappointed me most was that they were allowed to enter the hotel and approach guests despite the presence of security staff. As a tourist, you should be able to feel safe and comfortable inside your hotel without being pressured by people trying to sell you questionable products. I believe the hotel’s security should be more attentive and should prevent this kind of aggressive sales behaviour from taking place inside the property. It left me with a rather negative impression of the hotel, especially because this could easily have been avoided with proper security and supervision. Apart from this issue, the hotel itself was fine, but this experience definitely affected my overall impression and is something I hope management will take seriously.
