Overall a pleasant stay.
+ Location is excellent, have direct link to a shopping mall. Wifi is ok. Water pressure weak, and they use the showerhead type. No rain shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Have free bottled water. Have kettle and amenities all ok TV show Singapore Channel!
− One of the days we stayed there, got cigarette smell came out of the aircon vent. It was smelly, and I had to open the main door for a few mins to let it clear off.

A very nice stay and helpful staff.
+ The location is excellent and you can get all you need at the mall. The staff member at the front desk, Goh (彬仔) is very helpful and he provided very good and swift service.
− The jacuzzi at the swimming pool is not working well.

June holiday - family vacation
+ I went with my family and was given a connecting room with my parents without requesting for it. The front desk staff (Evelyn) was attentive and gave good recommendations for food around the area. The house keeping staff even attached balloons at our door to surprise my little girl. We had an unforgettable time during stay as the hotel staff went extra to provide excellent service (front desk and housekeeping.)
− When we went to the swimming pool, we had a bit of issue witg the facilities. It would great to have someone to guide us along.

Cozy and convenient stay.
+ The room was super nice and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was amazing and lots of good food options near the hotel which is amazing.
− It's a bit far from the city center area and there's an extra laundry charge which is quite expensive and makes no sense to me.

Good and easy assessible.
+ Good location beside shopping mall and a lot of eateries. MRT station, besides Aeon mall and short walking distance to Sunway Velocity. Was offered cookies today.
− Good if hotel provide simple breakfast though it is just beside the shopping mall.

Good and nice hotel and I would come again.
+ I had a nice view from the room and during night even with a translucent curtain, i just love the night view. The hotel besides under the same roof of Sunway Velocity Mall, it is also near to TRX Exchange and driving distance is approx. 10 to 15 mins.
− Although overnight parking fees is RM15 and if you stay in this hotel, it's subsidized to RM7. But, when i was at the exit point, i have no idea how to use it to get me RM7 discount.
