Sunway Resort Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a restaurant and bar in Kuala Lumpur. This 5-star hotel offers an ATM and a concierge service. The property has room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. All rooms at the hotel come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a bidet, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The rooms come with an electric tea pot, while selected rooms also feature a terrace and others also feature pool views. The rooms feature a desk. A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast is served at the property. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 6.8 miles from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please be informed that we are currently reopening in phases. While we strive to deliver uncompromising guest experiences, our facilities are limited at the moment. As announced by the Government of Malaysia, effective 1st March 2024, the sales & service tax (SST) for hotel accommodations and ancillary services will increase to 8%, which will be reflected in the final bill settlement. Excelent , 2nd time after 8 years and it was excellent and became even more perfect
+ Everything, the stay location the mall the lagoon , the access from the hotel to lagoon to avoid crowds, the large buffet in the morning, the free wifi all over , the included facilities the adult swimming pool, the sauna , the children swimming pool , large gym , all are included by the booking

The villa is a perfection
+ This is our second stay at rhe villa and honestly, it was better than before! The room is literally a perfection, very comfortable, received excellent service and hospitality from the staffs. Basically, your daily meals are fully covered, from breakfast (you can choose between buffet or at Gordon), afternoon tea and evening drinks. In room dining is also available 24 hours. Will definitely repeat our stay at the villa.
− The lines were long during the buffet breakfast, but worry not, you can still dine in at Gordon. And since our stay was during the peak season (merdeka and school holiday), the lifts were quite packed. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Clean, cozy and updated room, with a great kids pool and easy access to a mall
+ the water terrace level room was spacious, with updated features, cozy and pleasant to stay in. Same level access to the kidspool area which is a plus, the pool was very fun, recommended for any one with toddler
− have to pay a flat rate for the parking during your stay and it can get pretty full at peak hours, just something people staying need to be aware of.

Short break in KL
+ Beautiful hotel in the Sunway City. Great ambience and fabulous staff. Good facilities and room sizes. Breakfast was excellent and food in general excellent. Definitely recommend. Staff helpful / particularly the concierge team. Shopping centre and lagoon - a must to visit.
