Located in the heart of Sunway Lagoon theme park and Sunway Pyramid shopping and entertainment mall, Sunway Pyramid Hotel provides 4-star accommodations. Union Pay is accepted here. Sunway Pyramid Hotel has direct access to Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, which the hotel is part of. It is a 35-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and 25 minutes from the city center by car. The property also offers access to the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). These electric busses travel to Sunway-Setia Jaya, Mentari, Sunway Lagoon, SunMed, SunU-Monash, South Quay and USJ7. Modern and elegantly designed rooms are fitted with a satellite TV and a safe. A mini-bar and tea/coffee making facilities are provided for guests’ convenience, and Chinese tea is also available. Private bathrooms have a bathtub with overhead shower, hairdryer and free toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste. Guests can surf the world’s largest man-made beach, take a stroll through the longest and highest bridge in Kuala Lumpur, go riding on roller coasters, or shopping at Sunway Pyramid, home to over 900 stores. International dishes are served at The Resort Cafe restaurant and guests can unwind with a cocktail and live performances at the Lobby Lounge. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor. Please note that Sunway Lagoon Theme Park opens daily at 10:00 to 18:00. The hotel is also a smoke-free property. Violators are liable to a fine of RM 400. Fantastic after a concerning start
+ Happily I was upgraded to Sunway Resort Hotel which was fabulous
− Received a text message on arrival at the airport that my hotel booking for Sunway Pyramid Hotel had been cancelled. This caused me great concern until I arrived at reception to be told I had been moved to another hotel.

Enjoyable. Access to Kuala Lumpur city was a little difficult due to the traffic
+ There was a lot of choice. The food was of excellent quality.

Very convenience
+ The hotel is generally very convenient. Connected to a lively shopping mall and at arm's length from Sunway Lagoon Waterpark. We had connected rooms. Not spacious, but decent room size. The bed is comfy, and the cleanliness level is as expected. The amenities are as advertised. The staff were very helpful in offering early check-in and answering any of our inquiries.
− Although the price quoted on booking.com includes the taxes and other governmental fees, I was charged additional fees. There are no other concerns, but a suggestion to have a physical or digital map of all the nearby attractions and facilities around the hotel. It saves time from exploring.

− Too expensive, no breakfast or proper lounge at property , you need to walk to another hotel . Also there is no proper lounge where u can sit have meeting or coffee again you need to walk to another properly
