Great hostel. Happily stay again.

+ Great big bed. Slept so well. Clean and very friendly staff.

− Nothing - although a communal hangout space would be good

Very Good

+ Very comfortable beds, even for two people. The toilets are always very clean, even though there were only two toilets for the whole room.

− I recommend adding at least one or two toilets because if two people are showering, they have no choice but to wait a long time. Moreover, in the morning, when we were leaving, it was raining a lot, and suddenly water came out of the air conditioning, wetting everything. Some maintenance is mandatory.

+ Clean, quiet. And comfortable beds - I have enjoyed both single and double beds and slept well. It’s in a great location and WiFi is good. The showers are powerful and hot.

Overall, I would recommend, the problems are minor.

− - Difficulty to climb into top bed - Only one key for 2 people (can get a second one if you pay a 10$ deposit) - Only one small locker for 2 guests - Only one plug available near the bed (difficult when there are two of you)

Pleasant

+ The staffs were really helpful when checking in, and the location was fab, literally in the center of Singapore, commute was super easy there.

− Well, I found living tiny spider on my bed. And there’s no venting system while showering, so the steam was a bit bugging

A decent stay

+ Great location and the beds were comfortable. Affordable price for a short trip to Singapore.

− It’s great that the rooms/showers are being cleaned however, the staff would come into the room and talk/shout between themselves at 9-10am in the morning. If you fancy a lie in on holiday or had a late night the night before, it can be annoying. They also cleaned them around 6pm. Both times, morning and evening is when guests are trying to shower and get ready so is inconvenient. We’ve not had this problem anywhere else with the rooms being cleaned this loudly and at bad times, so it is avoidable. If your locker is a higher locker, you cannot reach things at the back half of the locker, especially if you are 2 people in one of the double beds.

Super clean and modern hostel in a great central location

+ Amazing location, so central whilst being very affordable. The hostel seemed very new. It was spotless, comfortable and modern. We were allowed to leave our luggage at reception before check in and after check out which was very helpful as we arrived in the morning and did not fly out until evening time :)

− A very minor thing, but we stayed in the ground floor dormitory which slept 32 people, however, there were only two toilet/shower stalls on this floor which meant they were not readily accessible during busier times. I would like to caveat that we did have use of the other facilities which were far more plentiful on other floors (6 toilets/showers on both floors 1 & 2), however we did have to walk through reception to access the stairs which wasn't ideal when showering.
