+ good location convenient for shopping and eating. very friendly and helpful staff who assisted promptly when we first entered our room. food at restaurant was high quality food with professional waiters. the refill water system was exceptional
− nothing much to say on negative side as we did enjoy our numerous stays and will come back again. maybe upgrade us at our next stay?

− It was noisy at 2:30am at the corridor and by lift. It was coming from the adjoining room and corridor.

Great place to stay for being next door to shopping LRT and great variety of restaurant
+ Location and room size.
− We like the central air con but we couldnt increase the room temperature slightly for night sleeping mode as it probably centrally controlled. The bath towel are looking tired.

Comfortable huge premier room and good location which is in Mid Valley and The Gardens Shopping Mall
