Overall nice but it needs some upgrades
+ The quality of the food and room is spacious
− The swimming pool on the evening is not very clean, the jacuzzi was not working. Pool light were not all on. The bedroom furniture looked tired.

All in all, a very good experience and we will be back
+ We liked the filtered water tap in the bathroom which saved us having to buy our own bottles of water, the only hotel we know of so far that provides this, such a good idea.
− The ventilation fans in Kwee Zeen needs to be stronger, our clothes smelled of food when we came back to our room

+ The staff was beyond exceptional starting with Putri and the rest of the staff in the Lounge, to anybody else. The hotel in general is giving a feeling of new, clean and stylish.
− The swimming pool is just average, a bit of a let down considering the level of the hotel.

Aside from the two issues that i pointed out, it was a good experience!
+ I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here whenever i’m in KL. The room is big and comfortable and the amenities are great.
− A. The air conditioning does not work well in our room. I called the front desk and they told me that they will change the room but failed to follow up. I ended up having to go downstairs the check on the status. Disappointed with the customer service for a five star hotel! b. There were ants in my daughter’s room.

Overnight stay
+ Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was excellent with powerful shower and tub. The amenities were lovely. Shower gel by Balmain was exquisite. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
− The bed and pillows were too soft. The lighting in the room was very dim and difficult to get ready. Only limited tea packets available. Other than that, the stay met our expectations.

Staff need some customer service class.
+ Everything was nice. Lovely location next to the mall.
− The staff who checked me in was so rude. I asked for early check in because I did come from India long flight and I have my little one 2 years old. She told me there is no room available. As soon as I said I will pay extra she had vacant room out of the sky. I can understand about the business but there is a way to talk to customers. I travel around the world as I live in London. Because I always go with family I never had trouble early check in. But this time it was horrible.
