Excellent
+ Excellent hotel with very clean rooms and outstanding service. All the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Nadia and Ismail from room service, and to the reception team. The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. Although there was a good variety of food, I expected more from a five-star hotel, especially in Erbil, which is famous for its excellent breakfasts. I felt that the breakfast was missing some authentic Iraqi flavors and could have been more enjoyable. I hope to see an improved breakfast on my next visit. Overall, a truly excellent five-star hotel, and I would be happy to stay here again.
