Amazing staff. Great value for money
+ Well kept hotel. Nice and professional staff. Very helpful. It’s very close to the metro, which is very important in Istanbul. And most importantly, it provides a great value for money.
− We liked everything. Maybe the room service food could be better. The staff were SUPER NICE and very accommodating to our food requests. However, the overall taste could be better.

Outstanding Stay – Truly World-Class Hospitality
+ Our stay in Istanbul was exceptional from start to finish. The team's warmth and professionalism stood out immediately—Suheda at reception was extremely kind and welcoming. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and offered a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. Beyond the high standards, what truly set this hotel apart was their genuine care. When my wife fell ill on our checkout day, they kindly extended our stay by a few hours free of charge so she could rest.
− It would help to have a jacuzzi in the pool area
