Whether travelling solo or with family, I think this hotel is one of the hidden gems in the heart of Tashkent
+ Being a Dubai resident & travelling frequently, I can generally tell if a hotel is well built & maintained or not as we are spoiled with world class amenities in Dubai. Ramada Plaza was a pleasant surprise that tops all criteria that I can think of. You can feel this the moment you enter the hotel when greeted by welcoming staff & throwing yourself into a soft sofa & enjoying soft tunes, while waiting for staff to check you in. I can safely say it almost felt like I am in one of the top notch Jumeirah hotels. All staff are super friendly & helpful& when I spoke to some, learnt they speak English well & have hotelier experience from around the world. I stayed with my family of 3 kids in 2 connecting rooms & was also provided with a free babycot for my toddler. Breakfast on the 8th floor was amazing with products like greek yogurt & passion fruit being a surprise find. Omelette station using fresh eggs deserves a separate praise. I also noticed trays are immediately replenished if they run low. My kids enjoyed a large outdoor pool, although it felt vacant during my stay. It must be due to newness of the hotel & telatively lower occupancy rates, as I certainly would welcome some DJ music & a bar to be operational. This is already my 2nd stay with the hotel and I will certainly be using it for my future trips due to its close proximity to the airport (5mins) & to the small ring road. Also there is Salar canal next to the hotel that makes evening walks pleasant & there is a supermarket & couple Japanese, Uzbek and Uygur restaurants within 10min walk from the hotel.
− There is nothing really that may cause any disappointment.
