Would stay again - but probably prepare exact cash for payment
+ Got a free room upgrade by paying in cash. All staff - reception, cleaning, kitchen, security staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast had good variety. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Toilet was large and had a good number of hooks for use.
− Staff did not have change for our payment and it seems communication between the day and night shifts were less than ideal - it took us 2 days of checking in with the staff before we got the full amount of change back. Shower curtains were too short - water dripped from the shower curtain to outside of the shower area when showering.

A clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff, a great breakfast
+ Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. We arrived very late at night, but the late check-in was no problem at all. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it is easy and inexpensive to get to the center and Tashkent’s main attractions by taxi. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

+ We had a pleasant experience, and the stay was great. Breakfast was great and hotel staff are very customer service oriented and welcoming . Hotel was very accommodative and allowed late checkout. Room was spacious and very clean.

I am happy to stay in this hotel.
+ Everything was good. Nearby sightseeing places like beshkozan ( pilov center), Islami Sevizilation Center (Museum), Chorsu Bazar, Tashkent and Magic City. I recommend for foreign tourists this hotel. And also all receptions were so kind and friendly. My room was clean and fresh.
