It was a nice stay. I felt pampered by the staff and the bedroom.
+ The first impression of a hotel is made by the receptionists, and Zayn (as he introduced himself) as the receptionist who helped me with the checking-in did high service excellence of being professional, not asking unnecessary questions, so naturally friendly and interested in the small talk. The rest of my stay was so positive starting from his service.
− The equipment in the gym isn’t the good standard one. I know that for sure because I’ve been to many gyms (cheap and most expensive in Uzbekistan and other countries). No need to upgrade it to the top quality but at least the good one. For example, the ones for back and chest don’t have good proportions for stretching the muscles properly. But the health and spa staff were so awesome: super friendly and helpful. Another thing to improve is the breakfast. The stroganoff beef was rather tough and not so flavorful. One last thing, I hope there will be male massage therapists next time because I don’t feel comfortable being massaged by the opposite gender.

Nice hotel opposite to the large amusement park
+ Large rooms, except the twin room which was small. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Navruz Park just opposite the hotel.
− Wheel chair ramp at entrance and in lobby are steep. Specially the ramp in lobby has quite high inclines which makes difficult for one helper to push the wheel chair.
