فوق‌العاده
+ I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Ramada by Wyndham Erbil. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Erbil. Highly recommended

بسیار عالی
+ The hotel's location is excellent, especially if you are coming for the fair. The breakfast and the room service meals were very nice. The staff were also extremely helpful.
− The internet connection at the bar on the ground floor was very weak. We couldn’t enjoy watching the match.

Currency exchange rate
+ I like how parking was always available, and the staff was friendly.
− The exchange rate of IQD against USD because the price shown on booking.com was changed to rate that is only suitable for the Hotel and the management has ordered the staff to force the payment in the terms benefiting the hotel, despite the fact that I offered to pay in USD with a credit card they insisted on charging the credit card in IQD with the exchange rate set by the Hotel which is 10% more than the official Central Bank of Iraq.
