overall, the hotel is very good
+ Everything is perfect, especially after the rooms were renovated. Have been staying more than 4 times.
− The only problem was with the AC on our latest stay, it was very hot in the room. Technicians came 2 times, said it was working well, but it was still hot. This should be fixed, especially when it's hot outside.

Exceptional
+ This hotel is a surprise! Looks old from the outside but the rooms , gym, breakfast are all modern and have been renovated. I had great food in the lobby bar and the breakfast was excellent. I had a massage at the Spa which was very good and a good price. The gym and pool , sauna , steam were very clean- good equipment at the gym. The rooms are new and very comfortable, good beds, desk , fridge. The staff were all very nice , friendly , helpful and professional with an excellent command of English language. I can't reccomend the hotel enough.

− Not sure why but I didn’t get any room cleaning service during my stay - it was fine since my stay was short, however had it been longer, it would have been a problem…

The hotel is excellent, especially after the renovation of rooms. Price is good!
+ The hotel is excellent. Been to this hotel several times in the past, but now the hotel has renovated most of their rooms into modern rooms. A very smart move. The location is excellent, everything is nearby. The swimming pool was fun for us and the kids. An amusement park is next to the hotel.

Perfect hotel in Almaty
+ It is the best hotel i ever been. The team are always want to help you. The price is cheap in compare to what you get
