+ Clean, very near to Pavilion.
− The shower area. Water does not fully go down the “drain”. Each time I showered, I had to use my foot to move the water towards the drainage area. Very tiring.

Worth the stay
+ The room was really big and comfortable. I love it also because it is close to the convention centre. The window view is also amazing.

We hve a nice frend gathering staycation in Pullman; however but dissapoint with the buffet bfast.

Luxury in the heart or KL.
+ Luxurious , beautiful appointed rooms, amazing staff.
− The Chinese restaurant was freezing! We tried to dine there but the aircon was set way too cold so we left! No offer to turn it up either.

Great spot for a stay in KL
+ Location was excellent. Room was very clean and beds so comfortable. Staff were were helpful. A great stay.
