+ Staff was very kind and welcoming, process check-in check-out was fast. Location is incredible. Hotel beautiful, big rooms and very clean !
− Service could have been better, no one collected our luggage when we got out of the taxi, and no one helped us get the luggages for check-out. They did not give us information about Wi-Fi, after we got the information it didn't work too well.

Nice and conftabke stay in the hearth of Beijing
+ The room was nice, we had a high floor so the view , in the distance, was also nice. The good breakfast was a big plus for my wife. Staff also nice, with the problem of almost nobody speaking english but this is the problem in whole China.
− The air on the floors hallways was very sticky and damp. Also l, completely un understandable the air in the gallery at the entrance was irespirabile!!!

Dream hotel
+ Fantastic room, wonderful and friendly staff, perfect location for visiting the city. Delicious buffet breakfast.The kids enjoyed also the gym, the swimming pool and the delivery robot ;)
− The design of the room is really elegant, we just found a little strange that you cannot completely close a door and separate the shower/bath tub from the bedroom. (There was a sliding door, so either you close the shower or you close the bathtub, but either way you can still be seen from outside.) We're also still waiting for the deposit to be given back after one week, but we trust the hotel.
