+ Excellent hotel with a great location and a very welcoming reception. The staff are professional, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel is elegant, the rooms are comfortable with beautiful views, and the breakfast restaurant on the 18th floor offers a stunning view of the Bosphorus. A wide range of services and facilities. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Istanbul.

An enjoyable stay in a modern and pleasant hotel.
+ This is a modern and comfortable hotel. The room was very nice with great views towards the Bosphorus, and the bed was very comfortable. They kindly provided some complimentary snacks (nuts, fruit etc) on arrival (although sadly removed them after a day and before we had finished them!) and there was complimentary water and coffee/tea etc. The restaurant on the top floor had very good views and breakfast was very nice and with plenty of choice. We had room service on one occasion and ate in the bar on a couple of occasions and the food was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in this hotel as it was close to the location of the cross-Bosphorus swim, in which my wife was taking part, but it is not ideal in terms of location for visiting the major attractions. However, the metro station is only a 7-8 minute walk and it is an easy trip from there into the city.
− Sadly the swimming pool was undergoing renovation so we couldn't use that. Also, for some reason, on a couple of days our room was not cleaned. However, these were minor inconveniences and not a major issue.
