Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good value.
+ Good location. Easy to use Yandex to get anywhere. About 30 mins from airport. Nice staff. We’re helpful when I asked to change rooms.
− I had arranged, and had in writing, my request and confirmation of an early check in but the room was not ready. Not a big issue as there was a room available luckily and I just had to wait while it was cleaned. I didn’t eat breakfast on 3rd day I stayed. There’s lots of food and maybe I’m fussy, but I didn’t find anything I liked. Even the fruit tasted unusual.

Perfect!
+ Great location and a very nice mountain view from my room! The hotel was clean, modern and I really appreciated the complimentary water. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also tried the restaurant and the food was really good. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Almaty!
− The only minor downside was the bathroom, the space between the door and the toilet is quite narrow, which makes opening and closing the door a little difficult. Might depend on the room type though.

+ The hotel was great. Excellant facilities and well located. The room was extremely spacious and the included breakfast was very generous. Some of the staff especially Incah were fantastic and really helpful. Thanks also Incah for your excellant English!
− To say I didnt like anything is a bit strong, however due to several of the staff not speaking English it was at times difficult to communicate. Also we were overcharged when we checked in which I discovered later on after checking my credit card. (This was quickly rectified the following day.) The hot food at breakfast was cold every day. (The fried eggs for example.)
