Very Good
+ Good location. Convenient to go around exploring. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
− Only one lift and it’s quite slow and narrow. It would make the experience better if hotel can make sure the smart tv is functioning before guest check in.

Clean & Comfortable with very helpful staff.
+ The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no street traffic noise even though the place is on a busy street.
− Everything was fine for a quick stop over.

Pleasant
+ Cleaning of room should be provided every alternate day, coffee , tea, and sugar sachet should be provided on daily basis.
− Nearby coffee house staff where hotel is providing 10% off for tourist who are staying in owen are not very helpful I mean only online payment is acceptable, what if tourist has only cash available with them, simply staring and not helping them and suggesting no options is funny and so unprofessional

− Ironing facilities was poor. Iron itself was bad Bathroom drainage was not good. Water kept filling up and out to the dry area after shower. Sink water took awhile to drain. Informed staff and someone was sent to rectify immediately. Good service

Very Good
+ Great location. Easy to get to all the main spots in town. Staff very helpful
− The lounge in the room was a folding bed and super uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was very firm. Would suit some but not me. No toilet paper left in the room after room service, so had to ask from reception.
