+ Front desk made all the difference. My check-in associate was great.
− It is located in an strict Islamic part of Fatih. No sidewalk restaurants serving wine. The hotel dose not allow you to bring in any food and drink. They scan all your bags when you return.

Amazing Service / Luxurious Hotel!
+ Service was impeccable! From check-in to check-out it was flawless. We felt cared, respected and welcomed by everybody. Kadir was a stand-out. The furnishings and fixtures in this hotel are divine. It felt lavish, expensive. The room was a generous size and a very comfortable bed. Insanely good shower, water pressure cannot be beat. The on / off button push was so good. The room was so enjoyable we felt ourselves there more often than not. Considering the great location is saying something. A big Mall is less than five minutes walk away too and there are so many cute cats. We would 100% stay here again when passing through Istanbul.

Our Junior Suite was excellent, very comfortable and made our stay in Istanbul even more enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection and everything was delicious. We came to Istanbul for our 10th wedding anniversary, so this trip was very special for us, and we are very happy that we chose your hotel. It was a good stay overall.
+ The location was fine, and it was close to the part of the city that you want to go to, especially if you have a car. The alley had a lot of construction going on, which made the commute with the car a little bit difficult, but the parking valet was very helpful. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was nice and large, and we asked for two additional single beds, which were provided for us for free because we had booked it for four people initially.
− The breakfast did not meet the expectations at all. Neither in veriety, nor freshness or quality. The towels are too worn out sometimes. The water in the shower would come out of shower if you let the water run for more than a few minutes, so we had to constantly open and close it in between.

Clean, safe, spacious and Great Value for your money
+ LOVED our room, got the biggest suite they have. This thing is HUGE, about 900 sq ft. Separate AC units for the living room and the bedroom. VERY reasonably priced considering what you're getting. The staff was fabulous as usual. ALL the front desk personnel(Kublai, Rejeb, Muhammed...everyone sorry I forgot some names) were great and of course the guest relations manager Eman was wonderful and friendly as usual. Room service was fantastic, I have to commend the one lady who tended to every need my wife asked for with a cheerful smile all the time. The place is very clean, safe , well kept overall. It may be time to change some of the carpeting and I think it would also be nice to label the light switched(somewhat frustrating at times especially at night)
