Beautiful places to stay for relaxing.
+ As usual from the day one ,we use to stay at Orchid Country Club the standard is still well maintain. That why we no worries so much, carpark still avaliable, staff are very experienced and acknowledged. The club house is very safe and well security. Should give a to the staff and Managments. The hotel was spacious and we all enjoyed our stay
+ The room was very spacious and comfortable and suitable for our family of 4. The hotel was quiet and we had a view looking out onto the golf course and lake. The swimming pools were very accessible and our boys enjoyed using them.
− It would be good if breakfast was included in the cost but it didn't matter too much for us.

A beautiful and quiet setting. Great location to hide away and doing nothing.
+ It’s just beautiful and it was practically empty. Loved the choice of restaurants and the pools. Staff were super helpful. We paid extra to have a 9am check in after a 13 hour flight and we slept like kings.

− The rooms needed some revamping, considering the cost of the facilities. This was also very far off the beaten path; we had to plan our time around the hours when the shuttle bus was available.

− My family and I have been here several times. I think, for the price per night, OCC can afford to upgrade the quality of the following: 1. Bath towels 2. Toothbrush kit 3. The room/bathroom is quite dated. Perhaps it's time to invest in better carpeting. Kudos for water pressure and bidet (bathroom) We had the Family Room (meant for 4 pax) and towels/toiletries were insufficient (3 pax). We had to call for Housekeeping on Day 1 (no one came) and asked personally from the cleaning crew on the 2nd day before we got any extra towels/toothbrush kit. The crew is friendly and approachable - kudos to them.
