What a shambles
+ Staff did their best.
− We were scammed. We arrived to find the property was sold, and our booking was deleted (but paid!). The management blamed Booking.com, and made me try and wrestle a refund from the Booking.com AI. We ended up paying again, just because we were exhausted. Then the aircon did not work. The coffee machine did not work. We got a free breakfast. But honestly, the hassle was not worth it. I will never book with any Novotel again. Ever.

+ Great water pressure and temp control. Excellent air conditioning. Staff were amazing and very happy 😃 service was really beyond exceptional
− Pillows a bit firm and hot. Room a little small and in need of an overhaul especially tap spout and hand held shower head.

− En el desayuno no hay leche para el café y el café es agua.las habitaciones son pequeñas y no tienen ni una botella de agua mineral ,tienes que potabilizar el agua del grifo.No estaba el personal para ayudarte a subir las maletas al taxi.

Fabulous day, handy to everything and beautiful, friendly staff
+ This was a beautiful property. Whilst the room was small, it had everything we needed and let’s face it, after a day walking around the wonderful Singapore, all you want to do is flop into a comfortable bed and it certainly had that.
− There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

Expected more from Novotel Singapore
+ The staff in the restaurant and bar were so lovely, helpful and friendly especially Cathy and Kei. Cathy always has a smile on her face and made you feel happy and went above and beyond. The breakfast was very good and the poached eggs cooked to perfection.
− The small bedrooms and beds made our stay uncomfortable. The building works that are going on outside the hotel make you feel you are on a construction site. The pool jacuzzi does not work and the pool bar was closed.
