+ Just used for overnite to airport. Good value. Friendly staff. Arranged taxi to airport no issues
− Lack of drawer space may be an issue if staying longer. Pool loses sun bout 3.30 late September

Excellent stay for business trip
+ Service is exceptional. Maids clean rooms everyday. Breakfast is very delicious and variety is great. Hotel provides robes, dental kits which is also a nice thing for a 3 star hotel. I don’t even know why it is rated as 3 star it’s a full 4 star hotel. Definitely recommended

Lovely stylish hotel in the centre of Tashkent with a pool
+ Really liked the smooth check in, delicious and varied breakfast, comfy bed and of course the swimming pool that saved us from August heat!

Top quality hotel with magnificent staff!
+ Fantastic breakfast on offer. Loved the swimming pool. WiFi was strong. Staff were excellent and caring. All in all, really good value for money.
− I was there in mid-July with temperatures reaching mid-40's. The air conditioning in the room was so valuable, but it was a little limited to how cold it could make the room. Even turned down to its very lowest, the room still felt a little too warm for my liking. However, these were rogue high temperatures, so wouldn't normally have been an issue.

Hotel is good. But for summer period I would prefer hotel with better air conditioning.

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax during our stay. You are able to order food and drinks right to the pool, which was a bonus. We also enjoyed spending time at the restaurant and bar, where the service was friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were excellent. Room service was also seamless and fast. Another highlight of our visit was the breakfast. We also appreciated the complimentary late check-put, which made our departure much more convenient as our flight wasn’t leaving for a few hours yet. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, so having a complimentary baby crib set up for us was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and professional, making us feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
