Great stay, clean hotel and very helpful and friendly staff!!
+ Very close to the main bazaar and the Citadel tower! Shops and supermarkets around, and property is clean and well maintained.
− Rooms have no view, either rooms with no windows or some rooms with windows have view if the hotels inner stair case or back.

+ The breakfast was good .. variety of choices. Location of the hotel was good.
− Overall, my experience at the hotel was decent. The internet connection was excellent—very reliable and fast. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the room was comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, a few issues nearly ruined my stay: - **Parking:** The parking garage was frequently overwhelmed by guests’ vehicles. The parking area is very small and tight, and at times the security guard was not present. As a result, cars were sometimes blocking the entrance when guests were leaving, which made the situation difficult and inconvenient. - **Reception issue:** The receptionist lost my **Kurdish residency** card , which caused significant complications and made my day very stressful. - **Room maintenance (fridge):** The refrigerator in my room was busted, and there was a lack of proper follow-up from the maintenance team. I stayed for more than 10 days, and despite multiple opportunities for resolution, the fridge remained unusable until my last day. Despite the positive aspects, these concerns significantly affected my overall experience.

Overall, I recommend Myhotel, as its strengths outweigh its weaknesses.
+ The staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast was great, with many options. The restaurant also has a nice view. The toilet and bathroom were spacious, and when I had an issue with the shower, they quickly fixed it. The water was hot and consistent. The location is good and close to the citadel, with a straightforward route to it. They have enough parking space, and you can also use the front-door parking area when you need a quick stop.
− They didn’t check the room regularly to empty the trash bins. The room had no natural light at all. The air conditioner was a bit noisy in the rooms I checked, and I think they all need servicing. The fridge had a thick layer of ice buildup.

+ they were very satisfied with their stay. Since they did not speak the local language, the Iranian staff members, Mehdi Fazlolahi and Qaye Belal, who are part of the management team, were extremely helpful and supportive. The staff were very kind and accommodating. As it was Ramadan, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast at 3:00 a.m. Overall, my parents had a comfortable and pleasant stay

+ Very comfortable place and very kind staff. The hotel is just 15mins walking from Citadel. The breakfast had many things to try for and the chef had a personalized approach. Clean room and quiet. we chose the bigger one to have more space, so it was what we needed.
