A pleasant, affordable hotel. Will definitely return!
+ Great location by Stevens Road underground station for 2 MRT lines. And only 3 bus stops away from Orchard Road shopping district. Renovated about 2 years ago so in good condition. Firm beds. Ask for the quieter rooms overlooking the pool.
− It offered only basic room amenities, with room cleaning done only once every 3 days. Towels were little worn though clean.

VEry good value for money stay
+ The rooms were very clean. They had the basic necessecities. The location is also quite nice as the bus and MRT stations aer just few meters away. The staff at the front desk, especially Mohit and Saurabh were very corteous and solved all queries with a smile.

Great value for money. Good service and amenities for a YMCA!
+ You provided more amenities than expected for a budget hotel. The convenience store was a great addition and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Room is very spacious.
− The towels were old and hence did not feel very hygienic using them.

+ - I would like to specially appreciate the staff on the night of 13th September (Sunday). My kid broke a glass bottle, there was no housekeeping available in the night, but he came up to help to clean, and the way he interacted is very appreciable. Forgot to get his name, and couldnt meet him again on monday morning. -

All good, but parking was the most humiliating experience for me.
+ All good with regards to the room and facilities.
− When I arrived, I parked at the OKU parking lot because I have an OKU card issued in Malaysia. Also at that time, the OKU lots were free and I feel easier for me to unload my luggages. However, the security guard told me to move and park at the normal lot. When I showed him my OKU card he said it is a Malaysian OKU card, inferring that it is not valid in Singapore. Also, he said 'You can walk right? OKU is for people in wheelchair' True, I can walk but with difficulty because I had polio when I was young. If the ground is uneven, I may fall anytime. This is the most humiliating experience for me. As not to argue further, I removed my car and parked at the normal lot for the remaining 3 days stay. If there is someone with wheelchair who needs to park, of course I am more than glad to move elsewhere, but the OKU lots were empty during my stay in the hotel. The remark by the security guard was rude and humiliating.

+ The room was clean as well as the pool. The location is very good, not far away from the metro station.
− Be careful when you are booking the room what you will get - we booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids, stated the age of the kids (8 and 10 years old)... It was advertised as "free stay for your children". What we got was actually a room with two beds in the best case.... it was definately not comfort enough to accommodate family of 4, but maybe only 2 adults and one small kids.

Good stay overall
+ Calm and quiet environment, Near MRT station and bus stands.
− Towels are rather old, Aircond is too cold, Some guests smoked in the room. Cigarette smell came into our room through aircond air.
