Room wise, all good and worth the stay
+ Convenient, many shops nearby. At some point, we needed to go to a clinic and it was just right beside
− The parking, need to pay every time we go out. And the parking for mercure is like inside another parking. And no signal in the carpark. Had to go out to to top up my card on the phone coz no signal

Very good and satisfied overall
+ Friendly staff very accomodating and quick, room cleanliness, the fridge was good and water/iron/ hair dryer availability. I like the safety feature locks in the room and the extra more secure private parking place for hotel guests.
− The AC was not too strong would want stronger AC as sometimes it can get still be a bit warm in the room. I wished the skydeck city view could be open at longer hours than just one hour to accomodate guests' timings more.

Comfortable hotel, and could check in late
+ Beautiful room and good beds
− We had a family suite, only thing I found slightly odd was that the kettle and door was in the room with the 2 single beds. Our kids are old enough not to walk out of the room, but I would have preferred if the door was in our room.

− The bathroom was rather small and the door opening is making it not comfortable as the space is small
